Co-Parenting Help

After a divorce, how do you go about raising kids?  How to manage all the feelings that come up all the time?  The rage, frustration, guilt, regret, irritation… And how to keep children out of the fray?  It may seem impossible.

Sitting down and talking it all through with an experienced therapist can be an enormous help.

Therapy is a great venue for sorting through all the myriad issues that are a regular part of co-parenting, for venting the intense emotion, and for strategizing about how to best navigate the sometimes-overwhelming array of co-parenting challenges.
